Engaged Ohio Couple Takes The Plunge, Literally

STEVE INSKEEP, host:

Good morning. I'm Steve Inskeep.

Bill Mathis said he wanted to do something crazy, and apparently just getting married wasn't crazy enough. So the 58-year-old Ohio man told his bride-to-be that he would only get married if they went skydiving together. Gail, the bride, thought about it, then took the leap. The couple held the ceremony in a plane, then tumbled out from 7,500 feet. The bride says she enjoyed skydiving, but she may never do it again.
