World's Largest Stir Fry Requires A Really Big Pan

DAVID GREENE, host:

Good morning. I'm David Greene.

Eight hundred pounds of chicken, 500 pounds of onions, add carrots, bok choy, peanuts, and you've got the world's largest stir fry. Yes, the Guinness Book of World Records keeps track of this. The frying pan at the University of Massachusetts was 14 feet across. The school greeted returning students with this whopper of a meal to promote healthy eating. The stir fry was stirred up with some custom-made tools. They probably just could've used shovels.
