Audie Cornish, National Public Radio's Congressional correspondent, will be the new host of "Weekend Edition Sunday," NPR announced Thursday, while PBS's Jim Lehrer said he is stepping down from a regular anchor role on the "PBS NewsHour" effective June 6.
