On Word Of Bin Laden's Death, Teacher Shaves Beard

LINDA WERTHEIMER, host:

Good morning. I'm Linda Wertheimer.

Gary Weddle kept that promise, much to his wife's chagrin, growing a scraggy, waist-length beard. But as the Daily Astorian reports, on Sunday night, he whipped out the razor. His wife says he looks 10 years younger - nice smile, too.
