Florida Probes Agency's 'Cape-A-Bility Challenge'

Good morning. I'm Renee Montagne.

If Clark Kent ever got laid off, well, he's still a superhero. So when a Florida unemployment agency launched a capability campaign for its jobless clients, it ordered up 6,000 shiny red capes to hand out. The gimmick included a cartoon villain - Dr. Evil Unemployment. The Orlando Sentinel reports that the clients weren't the only ones wondering why the agency spent $14,000 on capes. Now the state is investigating.
