There's been several loud explosions in central Tripoli, according to NPR's Lourdes Garcia-Navarro. The Guardian says NATO aircraft flew overhead, accompanied by the sound of gunfire and anti-aircraft weapons.
The blasts come as Secretary of State Hillary Clinton reiterates Libyan Col. Moammar Gadhafi must leave power. Clinton's in Berlin for a two-day NATO meeting. She's also talking with French and British leaders who've urged the U.S. to take a stronger role in the military alliance attacks on the Libyan leader's forces.
Bloomberg reports Libyan rebels don't think NATO airstrikes have helped them enough; in fact, they say more civilians are dying in Misrata. Reuters reports 23 people, mostly women and children, were targeted by Gadhafi forces.
Clinton says "As our mission continues, maintaining our resolve and unity only grows more important," and "Gadhafi is testing our determination," according to ABC.
