N. Korea's Looming Food Shortages

Michele Norris talks with Steve Linton, of the Eugene Bell Foundation, who's recently returned from North Korea. He talks about humanitarian concerns there. Food shortages won't show up untill late spring but the average North Korean's health has deteriorated along with the country's economy. North Korea is a society where all the needs are provided by the state, and the state is broken.
