Owners and operators of Kentucky restaurants and bars found themselves under new coronavirus restrictions this week. Restaurants must reduce in-person indoor dining to 25 percent capacity. Bars on the other hand, must shutdown completely for two weeks. In Today’s Interview, Samantha Morrill talked to Tom Underwood, State Director of the National Federation of Independent Business in Kentucky, about what this means for bar owners.
