ReThink Rural helps "those who are searching for a simpler, rural lifestyle get a firsthand view of what that life could be like." An interview with Rethink founder Madeline Moore from her home in Chinook, Washington. Bringing about understanding between military veterans and civilians is the goal of EKU's first-in-nation Veterans Studies Program. A conversation with the program's co-founder, Dr .Travis Martin. Craft cider is joining bourbon, beer and wine production in and around Lexington.
