3,895 Coronavirus Cases Reported in Kentucky Thursday Dec. 3

During Thursday afternoon’s coronavirus update Governor Andy Beshear announced 3,895 new cases of coronavirus in Kentucky, bringing the state total to 190,601.
Governor Beshear also announced a record 34 new deaths, bringing that total to 2,014.
The positivity rate is at 10.07% as of Thursday afternoon.
