lanereport.com

Kentucky's unemployment rate for November came in at its lowest rate in six years.  A state government economist says recovery from the 'great recession' is complete.

The preliminary November jobless rate stands at an even 6 percent.  It's a full 2.1 percent below the unemployment mark a year ago.  Kentucky hasn't experienced such a drop in three decades.

Manoj Shanker, with the state Office of Employment Training says over the last three months, Kentucky has added more than 32,000 jobs.  Shanker says the job market has recouped all of the jobs lost during the so-called great recession.
