Former WEKU station manager, Madison Lee Hodges, has died.
After serving as station manager for WEKU in the 1980s, Hodges joined NPR in the mid 90’s. He worked nearly a decade as NPR’s Director of Policy and Station Services.
Hodges also served as executive director of the University Station Alliance, a non-profit organization representing NPR member stations.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26, in Tallahassee, Fla.
Hodges passed away last week after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was 66.
