Brittany Patterson
Brittany Patterson (WVPB Morgantown, WV) is the ReSource reporter covering all-things energy and environment. She most recently spent three years in Washington, D.C., covering public lands and climate change for E&E News. A native of 100-person town in northern California, she grew working on her family’s small organic farm and swimming in irrigation ditches.
Brittany earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in journalism from San Jose State University and U.C. Berkeley, respectively. When not learning about utilities, resource development or conservation, you can find her baking or cuddling with her 80-pound American bulldog, Cooper.
