Kentucky has recently been a state divided when it comes to weather extremes. While eastern Kentucky has experienced historic and tragic flooding conditions, many sections of western Kentucky remain very dry. On Today’s Interview Stu Johnson speaks with State Climatologist Megan Schargorodski. She begins by discussing a large rain event more than 80 years ago.
