The White Hall State Historic Site in Richmond, Kentucky is gaining a National Votes for Women Trail Marker honoring Mary Barr Clay. Marsha Weinstein is the President of the National Collaborative for Women's History Sites. WEKU's Samantha Morrill talked to Weinstein about the life and legacy of Mary Barr Clay.
