Fayette Schools Maintain Remote Learning

Fayette school administrators have notified parents and students in the Lexington district that full-scale in-person instruction right now is still not safe.  After meeting with Fayette County Health Department officials, remote learning will continue for the week of February eighth through the 12th

Due to the fluid nature of COVID-19, Acting Schools Superintendent Marlene Helm said local school officials finalize decisions two weeks out.  But Helm says a number of coronavirus factors including a decline in cases have school officials anticipating a graduated return to in-person learning for K-2 students soon.?
