President Trump’s proposed federal budget includes a plan to zero-out funding for the National Endowments for the Arts and Humanities, and the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.

Bill Goodman: Newly named Executive Director of Kentucky Humanities Council, as well as former host at KET of Kentucky Tonight. Goodman had served as host and managing editor of the public affairs series on Kentucky Educational Television since 1996.
Julie Schmidt: Senior Director of External Affairs at Kentucky Educational Television. She has a BA in Journalism from the University of Kentucky.
Dr. Richard Taylor: author—a former Kentucky poet laureate, currently the Kenan Visiting Writer at Transylvania University. His PHD is from University of Kentucky and is currently teaching courses such as creative writing and perspectives on literature at Transy. His areas of study include Kentucky writing and history.
